Well, I've decided to build a high elf list, using chaos marauder models and modelling them to be spartans.

How does this look?

Looks like a lot of Spearmen and heroes on foot. So where's your magic defence?

This army won't last long. Only two mobile units, no magic or magic defense, not shooting. They are T 3, and need their magic to protect them (5+ ward save). I would suggest at least two level 1 mages with scrolls, or make one of your characters a lvl 1 mage.

As already stated you need some magic defense at least 1 level 1 mage with 2 dispel scrolls is necessary for bare minimum magic defense. I know it doesn't fit into the theme but without magic defense you will be hurting.

If you want to model spartans I think its already been done using wood elves. I forget where I read about it. Will post a link here if I find it.

Lion Chariots are not really worth the points. Regular chariots only cost 85 points and have 18" charge range. Although they do not hit quite as hard you lose less points if they get destroyed. Chariots work best with Calvary support but if you want to keep with your theme you might want to drop lion chariots for regular chariots so you can have more of them. Chariots are very vulnerable to seige weapons and shooting though.

Anymore advice?

How well are the 7 sword master groups working for you? Just seems to me they are very vulnerable to shooting and might have a hard time winning combat resolution without ranks or standard and are likely to be outnumbered. I prefer groups of 12-14 for Swordmasters.

Also a level 1 mage with 2 dispel scrolls costs 140 points. Check your army book again.
