So, I am a Ork player, but I recently got sick of painting the little green buggers. 22 metal, 38 plastic, 6 vehicles, and A LOT of conversions later, I have decided I want my second army (third, I started with necron, and had 1500 points but I hated the way they played and EXTREMELY limited conversion/wargear options so I sold them) And am currently playing Witch Hunters!!!
So, For Xmas I got all that I asked for, but I had a little bit less
GW Plasticrack than expected. (3 cannonesses, that's it!) And after seeing my brother open a Splinter Raid Force for Dark Eldar, and like, 20-25 Incubi, I was a bit...erked, but I decided to sit down and paint these measly 3 models.
Well, I have 50 dollars so I am planning on getting a boxe of troops, and fielding 1 of the cannonesses, and maybe using the old metal 3rd edition fig I got as maybe a generic Elite Inquisitor slot. But I digress, enough talking strats. Now for the Models. (not sure If this will work, so I gotta link through photobucket, but I remember something about direct desktop linking.....hmmmm......Also not sure about the bandwidth, and/or picture size and number limit but here goes....)
TO THE PICTURES!!!
The First one I am showing Is going to be my paint scheme for the army. It is black with pink decals. Think Chaos Noise Marine colors (tentacle and chaos) but on an inquisitor. She is holding a Blessed Weapon, and an Inferno Pistol. (I KNOW
IT IS A MELTA PISTOL, but in the codex, you aren't even allowed the option to use it let alone restrictions. Besides, a melta pistol isn't even listed in the 'dex, and there were two pistols included in the blister. In the Blister there is a Bolt Pistol, and the one you see here, as it comes with all the 4th edition stuff.)

Blessed Weapon Detail. I forgot who first introdiced this method, but google it. It is in a tutorial for howto do force weapons.
(You water any blue down a little past a wash. Then you glop it onto what ever pokey slashy choppy thing you want, just all over the blade, letting the surface tension hold it on the weapon. You then put a little skull white onto your brush and, from the base to the ti, make little curly cue lines in a short circular sweeping motion, then let it dry.)

This Next Model Is the 2nd Cannoness I have done yet, and I am trying to have a diff armor color but still feel like they are in the same army/force/order/whatever.
