Rest seems fine.

First thing I would say is why basilisks over Leman Russ? Ok you can indirect fire but you have a minimum range thats ridiculous, you get 1 extra strength that you dont need (youll wound on a 2+ with Str 8 to) you dont have any flexibility and theyre squishy.

Second I would say the deep striking demo charged flamer squad is a nifty concept but it will be shot to little tiny peices before you can use them.

Third why put a lascannon in a squad thats going to deep strike, thus count as moving and thuse not be able to shoot until at least the third turn.

Finally I personally think that the inquisitor Lord is a bit pricey and unnecessary for 172 points.
