I like. Why don't you drop the bosspoles and max out that third trukk squad?
Oh and what do you plan on using your deffkoptas for?

The third truck only has 10 boys so that there is room for the warboss to join them in the truck.

On a bike? A bit Delta force, don't you think?
(And I don't think it's legal).
The trukks need ram plates. You'll definitely want to go through terrain.
And why buggies over more koptas?

Its a good solid list. I agree with what has been said you need to max out that last trukk squad and ditch the bosspole.
Not sure if the Battlewagon is all that necessary in this list. Might want to consider dropping it to Max out that squad of boys and get more deffkoptas.

The bosspoles were a last-minute addition, origionally I had an attack squig on the Warboss. Has anyone played the new orks enough to know if the bosspoles are really needed? I'm worried that with small squads they'll run away if I don't include them. On the other hand, ram plates may be more useful, but put more points in the fragile trukk.
The buggies are in there becuase there's very little this list can do vs. fast skimmers (i.e. eldar), and the buggies at least have the speed and shooting to keep one or 2 stunned each turn. I am seriously considering turing the koptas into another buggie squadron, both becuase they fill a needed slot and becuase it would free up points for other areas.
Currently the koptas intended to be used to clog up firing lanes and hold units till the rest can get there. I'm not sure that they're doing anything the trukk boyz can't, though.
The Battlewagon is mainly there to help my trukks hide, and is basically mobile terrain.
My game plan is basically this: the large boyz + mek go up the middle, making a large threat radius with their shooting and forcing the opponent to move on one flank. The battlewagon w/boyz goes on one flank, moves up to help hide the trukks, which also move on that flank. Buggies protect the other flank from fast units/vehicles. The koptas and warboss try to get in quick and hold the opponent for a turn or two, giving the rest of the boyz the chance to gedt in close without being shot.

I'd pack the KFF guy home, the Warboss is so good he needs a twin.
Also, I echo the sentiments of the other commentors, you need rams on trucks. No Tank Shock means that once they dump their guys they have nothing to do. The reroll for going through terrain is also vital. It'd be a steal at three times its price. If you are really tight on points, in all honesty I'd take Reinforced Ram over Red Paint Job.

All in all, fact is that Warhammer 40K has never been as balanced as it is now, and codex releases have never been as interesting as they are now (new units and vehicles and tons of new special rules/strategies each release -- not just the same old crap with a few changes in statlines and points costs).

If you got foot sloggers in the list keep the KFF you will need it.
I am glad to see some one using the Battlewagon as mobile terrain to hide the trukks rather than Battlewagon trukks to hide the Battlewagon. Good luck with this list, I think you will do rather well with it.
