Subject: Anyone done Female Farseer and Warlock on Jetbike Conversions?

I played Dawn of War and they have female farseers and warlocks. I would like to put them on jetbikes though to make the squad mobile though. Has anyone done a conversion of female farseer and warlocks on jetbikes and if so could you please give me some suggestions? I looked all over the net and didn't turn up much.
I did see a tutorial on how to make a Jetbike Warlock on the games workshop site though here http://us.games-workshop.com/games/40k/eldar/painting/jetbikeconversions/warlock/default.htm
Might just go with male warlocks using that method but it would be really cool to have a female farseer like in Dawn of War.

Well I kind of moved near Toronto, actually.

1 in 4 guardians has a "boob chest" which is presumably meant to represent a female, you could use that as the basis for your torso.
Here's a conversion done that was based on the DoW Farseer.

As for putting them on Jetbikes ... good luck .

Good luck with the conversion though, I too am a fan of the DoW Femme Farseer

There was a fellow on Warseer who made and sold casts (totally illegal ones, mind you) of a female Farseer, and a jetbike Seer. Both of them were excellent, and the female seer was directly out of DoW.
I'm not encouraging IP violation, but damn they looked good. He did a faring for the bike too. And some custodes, both in normal armor and Terminator-style.

I like the Dawn of War Farseer conversion you linked Tacobake. Is it possible to order the conversion in the US? That is the French website.
It might actually be possible to use the upper body of that female seer conversion and then lower body of the warlock on bike and then some green stuff.
I was thinking somebody had to do conversions of farseers on jetbikes and do a female one.

Seems like it shouldn't be that hard. The jetbike model is divided into legs and torso (I think the arms are seperate pieces too). So all you have to do is find a torso you want (the femal guardians would work as would some of the female harliquins) then glue it onto the jetbike legs. After that, get a head you want and glue that on too (if the torso doesn't come with one...or one you want). A little green stuff to make things fit a smoothly and you are good to go. If that isn't warlock/farseer enough for you, there are some warlock and farseer minis that have dangeling runes (the triangle / eye runes and what not) that you could clip off and then attach to your bike mounted seer.
I, myself, personaly just use an old harliquin jetbike for my warlock / farseer. Its not female, but a quick break of the torso and a replacement with a new one (quite possibly from the new harliquin box) would solve that.

I probably only going to really bother with the farseer conversion for now. Still deciding on how to do it though.
Probably will go with Stelek's suggestion just to use Guardians with swords and a greenstuff cloak for warlocks.

I made two female farseers.
The one on a jetbike I made by using a Bretonnian Sorceress and I cut off her head I then put on a farseer ghost helm head and green stuffed the hair. I cut off the top of the staff and put the spear there instead. Cut off the sword hand and put a shuriken pistol there and green stuff the rune armor on the front and add a cloak.
The one on foot I just used an Alarielle model and cut off the top of the staff to make it a shining spear and green stuffed in the rune armor and a shuriken pistol in a holster. Made it so she was holding the ghost helm instead of them gem as well.
Hope this helps. I'll get some pictures up when I get a new digital camera.

The Macha model uses a basic female guardian body with a farseer head. You could order a head, loot a guardian squad for the body and greenstuff the cloak and there you have it. For a bike, you could do the same thing, just use the cloak to hide the seam between the body and the legs.

I'm currently working on one for Taldeer and by the looks of the french instructions it pretty much the same method.
But then again I keep requesting it when I buy forgeworld stuff, so maybe one day we'll see one, even if it is forgeworld.

Rick Priestley said it best:
Bryan always said that if the studio ever had to mix with the manufacturing and sales part of the business it would destroy the studio. And I have to say – he wasn’t wrong there! The modern studio isn’t a studio in the same way; it isn’t a collection of artists and creatives sharing ideas and driving each other on. It’s become the promotions department of a toy company – things move on!

Thanks for the replies.
I think I will go with the Dawn of War look. Only issue with the Macha model is the head looks a little big.
Avariel's ideas are cool but I do not have all that much experience with green stuff.
Some pictures please would be great.
