Is there an erratta on Dark Angels ( and possibly Blood Angels) Drop Pods? If so, what does it states?

Here's the why to my question:

In codex Space Marines the rule states ( p.21): On the turn they disembark, the unit may not move ( other than disembark) and may not assault. The unit may shoot as normal but count as moving.

The same rule in the dark angels codex ( p.35) : The passengers must disembark following the normal rules for doing so.

The assumption one as to make here about dark angels in drop pods is:

1- Unit disembarking from an open top vehicule may move/charge/shoot on the turn they disembark. ( Making it different from a Classic Space Marines' Pod )

OR

2- Since the drop pod arrives in play using the deep strike rules, the passenger follow the rules from deep strike and cannot move or
assault. ( Making it the same as a Classinc Space Marines' Pod

Assuming that answer 1 is correct, which drop pods rules do the Blood Angels follow?

Thank you very much, have a good giggedy.

There's no offical FAQ, but the informal one from the writer ruled #2.

Q: Can troops that take a Drop Pod as a dedicated transport vehicle set up in it in reserve?

A: Yes they can (along with any Independent Characters that have joined the unit and can fit in the vehicle). They must enter play in the Drop Pod, disembarking as described in the Drop Pod unit entry, and counting as a Deep Striking unit on the turn they arrive (so they can shoot but not assault).
Note that one reserve roll is made each turn to see if the Drop Pod arrives, and if it does so then all embarked units must enter play with it.

You cannot assault after disembarking from a Vanilla pod, because it explicitly says so.

You cannot assault after disembarking from a Dark Angels or Blood Angels pod because the unit Deep Strikes (in the pod).

I have seen people attempt to argue that just because the Pod is DSing, that doesn't mean that the squad inside is, but everyone KNOWS that's never going to fly in a real game.
