Now, I don't have my codex in front of me, but just sitting here at work wondering, could you take some csm, stick em on bikes, and give them a nurgle icon, isn't that T6 models? There has to be some reason why this isn't feasible, since I havn't seen anyone at my local shop play them. Wtb enlightenment.

It is perfectly legal in the new Codex. It does up their protection against plasma, starcannons, and the like, while making all the S4 things in the game wound them on 6's. Powerfists still kill them dead though, but outside of things of that nature they can make a great highly mobile damage-absorbing tarpit.

Well, they're rather expensive and not really very killy, and as mentioned, they're still just as vulnerable to anything with a PF/ PK. That is probably it.

The only use I've found for them is to summon daemons. Or escort a character on bikes.

They also have a way of looking pretty on the battlefield and thus getting becoming bullet-magnets

Alpharius Walks: I'm dissapointed. At least one of those guys should be doing a wheelie.
That said, yes they are tough against most anti infintry weapons, but they are extramly expensive and don't do too much damage.

As has been said... it's legal.
They're fairly tough, too.
Truth is, however, I'd rather have my 2+ save on a turbo boosted Tzeentch biker every day of the week.
Everybody says they're not that tough.
I don't get it.
They're MEQ's. They're tough!
Now, there ARE better options you can take for the points. I don't disagree with that stance!
