I'm not looking for army specific things so much as stuff that
handles the basic rules. Anything that a tournament organizer might
use to handle commonly used questions before a game.

Gw has a whole page of links to them.

Dire wolf has their own home grown ones, but many people (like me) will be adamantly against their use, since they make so many rulings contrary to the RAW.

Check the main rulebook faq in particular there, it covers some glaring issues in the brb (not all of them, though). The army-related faqs aren't as useful unfortunately, as some of them are dated and others non-existend (wood elves and brets for example). Offically that's as good as it gets...

Dire Wolf Faq is an extensive collection of though out house rules which you can use if you feel like it. Good side is that It covers far more issues than the GW Faqs.
