Ditch the rokkits in and on the trukks; I know you want the Anti-vehicle, but you're much better spendin those points to cobble together other anti tank stuff (for your speed freek theme, perhaps rokkit buggies or battlewagon).

The default Warboss (bike, pk, attack squig, optionally cybork body) would probably be a good leader for this crazy bunch. Alternatively a Big Mek w/ a KFF to let some or all of the trukks count as in cover.
