The Spearhead hits 2/23. The army book and the regiment boxes March 8.

And as long as you can read French, here's a more detailed breakdown for the March releases:

Holy crap, 20€ for 10 lousy skeletons. Unless they were thoroughly revamped in the new army book, this may in fact be the biggest ripoff in recent history. Great looking models though.

Hmph. If Spearhead=army box, I'll likely be giving it a miss. Battalion boxes, hurry up!

it latches on to the first idea to come along, good or bad; and it takes strenuous effort with a crowbar to make it let go.

The Spearhead is a limited early release box containing the first wave of new models. It's not the same thing as an army deal or a battalion box. They did the same thing with the Orks.

Are Army boxes dead now? It just seems ridiculous to me that the only way to get a descent chunk of an army is with these mediocre spearheads.

Per the new WD, it will come with the army book inside though.

See, we had a sort of similar discussion when they released the High Elves. I mentioned that the HE army box was a pretty good deal as an intro army, for someone who didn't already have a lot of HE models. Someone else took me to task, pointing out that the spearhead wasn't a good army at all. Turns out we were talking about 2 different things- apparently the HE spearhead never got released in the US.
If the army deal is going away, I shall miss it. The spearhead is great for getting new models, but it looks like a couple of battalion boxes are going to be the best way to start a new army.
