I was planning on using a very pale looking flesh color for a chaos lord. Unfortunly im not really sure on how to do this. Was looking for a plae flesh like horus looks in the on WD display of him and the emperor facing off.

Any suggestions on how to achieve this effect?

I'm no expert on flesh, but I did mine as a set of layers from dark gray up to light grey and highlighter in white. I also inked it half way with some black ink. Granted, this was for a Vampire, so I wanted the ashen look. You might want to start with Elf flesh (if you're going for a Caucasian skin tone) and work up from there.

Ad Homonym is not a valid debate tactic, stupid!

In my opinion what sells skin is depth. You can build up to pale skin from just about any base. Grey, red brown, orange, beige, pink, purple. All depending on the effect you want.

I find that the lightest color(s) should be reserved for select standout parts such as the nose, cheeks, brow and chin, and that while you want darker shades on the rest of skin and of course recesses as the darkest parts, it's good to glaze your entire base paints even in those recesses to tone them down and tint them to more closely match your intended main color. That way you'll get both depth and definition, but also avoid the darker colors drawing attention away from the lighter ones.
