Hey all,
I need this list looked at and torn apart (if y'all would be so kind). It's the closest that I could come up with and still get enough models on the table, while still keeping the unique conversion theme (chaos dwarfs). Basically, I've taken BfSP warriors and chopped them up, adding marauder arms and greenstuff masks as well as the funky beards/scale mail. For those interested, look up "chaos dwarf conversion" on youtube. I know that the anvil (bronze/copper doom bull and OOP chaos dwarf sorcerer) likes lots of small units, and I tried to get those in here.

Heroes: 403
Runelord – anvil of doom, 2 runes of spellbreaking, rune of preservation, shield, rune of stone, rune of resistance/403

Core: 780
25 Warriors – shields, banner, musician/240
25 Warriors – shields, banner, musician/240
10 Thunderers – shields/150
10 Thunderers – shields/150

Special: 621
8 Miners/88
23 Hammerers – shields, banner, musician, rune of courage/347
Cannon – rune of forging/125
Cannon – rune of forging, rune of burning/130

Rare: 120
Organ Gun/120

I don't like how expensive the hammerers are, and I'm not sure that going without a BSB is a good idea. Also, I'd like to see a gyro if possible, but it's not necessary. One of the places where I could trim points is in the artillery category with burning S7 bolt throwers. I do like my cannons though...
thanks!

Couple of tips:

The runelord needs a great weapon, so that the anvil isn't tied up as easily with eagles and riffraff like that (he can opt for good save vs some tough stuff).
As you said, you also could really use another characater to bring some tricks & combat boost for the blocks. A BSB would probably be the best option, altough a Thane with the rune of challenge would be almost equally useful (and cheaper). Gyrocopter is probably a bit too hard to include, if you try to squeeze the 2nd character in.

Where to get the points then? First, you can probably drop 1 scroll from the runelord. 7 dd and even 1 scroll will go far dispelling anything but the heaviest magic. 2nd choice would probably exchange the more expensive cannon for a s7 bolt thrower (with the engineer of course). Also the hammerer-box need not be that big, due to the stubborness. I'd settle for 19ish (if you have the extra char), and a the double us banner rune which makes the more difficult to fear-auto-break. You can also trim down basic warriors to 20 if you want and maybe downgrade another thunderer unit to quarrelers (I kinda like the mix of 1xthunerers and 1x quarrelers, as the extra range of crossbows offers you some more shooting options).
