i made finally decision what kind army i wanna play in homegames ( KOS), i got so many slugga&choppa boyz and they dont fit any other ork army builds.
my opponents are space wolfs and tyranids.
spacewolfs got 6 tanks (inc crusader), bikes 5?, and troops with powerfist and bolters
tyranids got big guys on board, flying hive tyrant, and 250p carnifexes, shooting warrior and some genes and horms and termagants, and spore mines.
can i win them using this kos, or what kind of kos i should play?
i buy models i need, cos i wanna win
would you tell me what i need?
any comments?

It's not bad, but it's terrain dependent.
Drop the Rokkits on the normal trukk squads, it's generally a waste of points.
Personally, when I run my KoS, I run Battlewagons with Killkannons to screen the Trukks. Works well enough for me and gives me mobile terrain to make sure my fast movers get where I need them to.

Voodoo Boyz is correct (though those Battle Wagons didn't even make it to the first turn). The Battle Wagons can provide nice cover and fire support for the list. They don't need to transport anything but they are a solid choice for your list.

vodoo I disagree bout the rokkit on trukks. if you put a rokkit in each trukk squad thats 2 shots.. decent enough odds to hurt something.
and with how bad orks fare against av14..you really need every single rokkit you can cram into the army for points.

The rokkits won't make it long enough to fire. Furthermore with the way the trukk destruction rules are whay not run them up full speed and what will be will be with them.

Your army list looks fairly solid. I'm kind of surprised you haven't done better against the Tyranid army. Your boyz should be able to swarm and kill his little stuff and if you get enough PK Nobs into combat with the monstrous creatures you should be able to tear them down in a couple of rounds.
What kind of sucks is that if people know they are facing Orks certain armies can be tuned pretty hardcore to make it difficult for you. Does the Tyranid opponent take 2+ saves for all his Monstrous creatures? If so, right there is a pretty difficult impedement for you to overcome (as Orks don't have that many AP2 shooting weapons).
The one thing that jumps out at me is that you have absolutely no anti-vehicle firepower that isn't mounted in a Trukk. That means if you want to take a pot-shot at a vehicle you have to move your Trukks into the open and risk getting blown up when in many cases you'd be better off keeping your Trukks hidden for the turn and then 'jumping' them out in the next turn to charge someone.
I believe the first order of business you need for this army is to get as many twin-linked Rokkit buggies as you can lay your hands on.
Obviously it is a tough choice as to what you have to remove from the army in order to fit these things in, but you have plenty of fast moving CC elements so any Trukk Boy unit would probably be a good start (next up I'd probably think about pulling a few models out of each of the Stormboyz units if it came down to it).
Always split your Buggies into as many separate units as possible. So if you only have 3 Buggy models, you split them into 3 units of one a piece.
If you get 5 Buggies you take two units of two models and one single Buggy as its own unit, etc, etc, etc.
These extra TL Rokkits should allow you to hurt the SW vehicles better while allowing you to keep your remainig Trukks better hidden as they approach for the kill.
As for the Tyranid player, the extra Rokkits on the buggies aren't really going to help you if he's taking all 2+ saves, but they will kill the warriors and any MCs without a 2+.
But really, as I said before, this army against Tyranids should do pretty well IMO. It may just be you need to work on your tactics in some areas before you suceed.

What are his MCs armed with?
Does the winged Tyrants have guns or just CC weapons?
Do the expensive Carnifexes have a Venom Cannon/Barbed Strangler and how many of these Carnifexes does he have?
Does he have any Dakkafexes (x2 TL Devourer Carnifexes), if so how many?
Your goal is to charge a lone Monstrous Creature at once with two mobs with PK Nobs in them. If you do that, you should be able to kill a MC in a single round of combat, or two at the most.
What you don't want to do is charge his gaunts or smaller stuff in a position where his Monstrous creatures can then retaliate by charging you.
You may have to sacrifice one Trukk boy unit into a gaunt unit in order to 'flush' his big guys out, but you shouldn't ever commit to charging all your boys together unless you're going in against the dangerous stuff of his army.
If you're sending in all your boys against gaunts or other pathetic CC units, he's merely setting you up so he can get the charge with his good stuff.

Against Tyranids with 2+ saves, power claw them. He can't put 2+ saves on everything.
Trukks with rokkits and trukk squads with rokkits=not completely pointless but to rely on them solely for your anti-tank power....
Just don't do it, it won't work.
What Yak said about buggies is the truth, bring them along. Just remember after you fire them, odds are the Tyranid player is going to blow them away. So lock him up in close combat.
Tyranids are tough for Orks. But still better than AV14 vehicles, cause you can hurt 'em in CC.

Well it's certainly better.
Screen your stormboyz with those wartrakks.
It's very much an assault army, but you do have a decent amount of anti-tank.
I guess the question is, are you happy with it? You'll know if you're going to win or lose by turn 3. lol

Against Space Wolves? Drop Pods are easily handled by most Ork armies but you don't have a really big squad of orks to stretch around your army and take the brunt of the first deep strikers. You should screen with your Trukks and Wartrakks, with all the boyz spread out in a corner behind them so the drop pods can only hit the vehicles. Sure you'll lose mobility, but you can hang with most SW armies. Just beware the Ven Dread. They're a real pain to down for everyone with weak AT.
Against Nidz, you can outhorde most Nid lists and Nidzilla has a hell of a time dealing with all the turn 2 power klaw nob charges. Once you get them into CC you should be good.
Genestealers will be a problem, you'd need to hit them with everything at the same time. You have greater mobility, so focusing all of your boyz into one side of a wall of stealers should handle things.
Remember a gunwall, properly run, is still very hard to deal with for mech orks. It's really hard to get around behind it and gank the stealers, and if they run gaunts in front to stop you from assaulting...well, it'll be a mess.
Hope that helps!

Might suggest you replace two of the TL rokkits on the buggies with skorchas. I've found genesteelers to be rather easy to barbeque! Besides overall the skorchas will give you more tactical options against other armies.
Remember, your warboss is the best antitank weapon in your list, though not so good against fliers, he excels at tank hunting other vehicles. Once he gets near the enemy lines that S10 powerclaw will force the enemy to run or alternatively have one last shot before they die. Either way his presence makes him a big threat to vehicles. Given this the trade down on the rokkits would be a reasonable proposition
Cheers
Rick
