I just saw these on Amazon:

Has anyone got them? Pre printed tiles for making SW battle fields. I wonder if they might be useful for 40k as a spacehulk board or something.

Wow, and I was considering doing the opposite; using my space hulk boards for Star Wars RPG.

I have been itching to buy these, Kyoto, but havent yet made the buy.
I cant see why they wouldnt work. Probably even better than the original space hulk tiles.

Already have a bfew boxes of them though no one to play with in Red China at the moment. It's not a bad game and the figures are sweet.

I don't have the Galaxy tiles, but from what I've been reading on the SWM forums, they're aimed more at roleplayers than mini gamers. Basically it's a bunch of map features to represent specific objectives and the like rather than gamer-friendly map sections.
You would probably be better off with the maps and tiles from the first two starter sets (Rebel Storm or Clone Strike).

I think they’re made by the same company that makes the recent line of D&D dungeon tiles. Those are very nice. Pretty images, high-quality printing and very durable heavy cardstock. A couple of the guys I play D&D with have several sets, and are quite happy with them.
I expect that these would be great for expansions of Space Hulk and similar games.
The only issue I’ve heard of with them is that the terrain printed on them isn’t specifically defined in Star Wars Miniatures terms, so they’re not great for competitive play of that game.
