All the time... I used to live in a part of the country it was so dry the spray primer would dry before getting on the model, giving me graininess... now where I live is so cold I can't spray often.

That happened to a friend of mine. Its terrible cause its not an instant thing, by the time he was done 10 min later he had an army of fuzzy green marines.

The good thing about fuzzy priming, as I've learned, is that the primer is comparatively easy to remove with simple green.

Yeah, but then you can have your army of vaunted 1970's velour marines.

Trust me, no matter what damage they have the potential to do, single-shot weapons always flatter to deceive in 40k.                                                                                                       Rule #1

I've noticed freezing weather actually works out when you want to use acrylic paints for terrain, which wears off less frequently and holds up better in general. I use this weather to dribble and plat blood smears on major battle areas.

Just because anyone agrees with anyone, doesn't mean they are correct. Beware the thin line between what is "Correct" and what is "Popular."

I set up some cardboard shields around my stove, and spray my stuff there this time of year. Gotta love that exhaust fan.

All the time. Its freekin cold around here right now. No priming for me. Which sucks because I have ork bits to paint.

Yay for heated basement areas! (Apartment block...)

But on a more serious note, I have lived for quite a few years in an inhospitable part of the world called The Faroe Islands (between England and Iceland, look it up), and we had crap weather for more than half of the year.

This led to several enterprising and more or less succesful ways of priming and spraying stuff. Mainly involving electrical fan heaters and garages. Braaaaaiiiins......
