So can a WB on a bike fire both the dakkagun on the bike and his slugga/shoota/whatever in the same turn? Potentially it's in the BBB under bikes, but I don't recall ever seeing it.

models may only fire a single weapon in the shooting phase unless their rules state otherwise.

Bikes are allowed to fire more than one weapon, but only if there is more than one model on the bike (like a SM attack bike), for example

So no, an Ork biker must choose which weapon to fire, he may not fire both.
