If you remember me slat3rz from ebay. I sold a large of amount of 40K stuff from 25-40% dirt cheap, with reasonable shipping. I got a contract with GW itself. Getting the supply directly from them.
Plus there is better news, I'm giving away $150 worth of GW 40K products. All you have to do is sign up on the newsletter. Thats it, no catch, no $$$ coming out of your pocket to enter in the drawing. Sign up and you're automatically entered in.
I will start drawing on February 26th. Then I'll announce the winners of the drawing and they will receive the value of their choice. OH YAA!!
Also I'm running a limited time special : If you buy $75 worth of products you get free shipping.
As for fantasy and LotR, they'll be coming soon for sale on the site. Enjoy the amazing prices OH YAAA!!

according to the newsletter it states that the person in 1st place gets 50$ worth of games workshop products, not 150$, its also stated at the bottom of the news letter to "..tell anyone who
would appreciate the chance to win
$140 worth of GamesWorkshop products." Unless I am mistaken, arent you contradicting your self? which sweepstakes do i enter to win the $140?

The total worth of products value up to $150.My coder must of did a mistake doing $140.It's suppose to be $150.Still I think people get the point behind it though. With all the 4 winner prizes value up to $150 total.

I understand, but in the newsletter when you stated that anyone would appriciate the chance to win 140, you hinted at the thought of 1 person winning it.. i have no problem with youre store, hell ill probably buy from you, i just saw somethin thats a lil fishy and when I think about becoming a customer of a website I prefer for the website to be trustworthy

I can totally understand you being fishy, and you have every right to be fishy. With any new business, some people are skeptical at first, and question its customer service, and its past.Thats great I like that.In fact would love to answer anybody's questions of any matter in fact. For that in my blog I tell everyone who I am as a person, where I am from, and what I do for a living.I even give everyone my ebay feedback link, telling everyone what kinda experience I had with every customer. This business has good relations straight from GW,we wouldn't being running or exist without their thumbs up.Thanks man,I'll be looking forward to your orders.I'll even give a video of the drawing the names of the winners.

I'm to have to agree with Khairnus here. Such insinuative statements, even though they are free prizes, can make people question your business practices, even though this sort of tactic is extremely common. Some people, upon revelation, might feel less safe purchasing from your store then from more expensive sources, or even eBay.
Personally, I'm a bit offended, but I would still give your site the chance it deserves. If you offered a more finite assortment of bits, I would definitely purchase some of the IG rucksacks.

I'm sorry I personally offended you,but never tended to be that way nor having my business looked "Fishy" by any means.Honestly at first it was aimed at giving one person $150 of free stuff. Then I decided I wanted more people involved in the giveaway, than just one person. So everyone had a equal chance, and even if you don't get 1st place, but 4th you still get something.
As for giving me a chance to prove my customer service I certainly will.As time will go on,there will be more bits offered such as IG.We are two months behind, some issues delayed us.

May seem like a nitpik, but if you are going to be starting this venture and sell to people and create customers you may consider spending more time on what you post, grammatically. Punctuation, structure, and spelling are important in presenting yourself. You aren't just tossing in an internet opinion on why you like/dislike what you hear about 5th edition, you want people to give you their money. It also might help avoid little mistakes like the promotion.
All that being said, I hope you do well in your endeavor. (send me free stuff)

Thank you everyone for the comments and suggestions. I will take them all into consideration as my website moves forward. The site has just launched (on Feb 5th / 6th) so we're still working things out. No one is perfect and why would we be any different. We're doing our best and its working out well. I realize there are many skeptics but once you get to know me, read the blog you will realize I'm just like every other gamer out there and I wanted to make a change.
The giveaway was designed to bring some fun to the hobby and I believe we're doing that. I realize I can't please everyone but its really just a giveaway when you think about it and yes I really am giving away $150 worth of products.
All I will do now is add a 5th place with a $10 gift to bring the total value to $150. That was easy!
I'm glad thats all clarified and I would like to say thank you and welcome to those new newsletter subscribers that will take this journey with me and Bit Kingdom.

Hey, glad to see someone from the Midwest finally making a presence. (I'm from southeast South Dakota, so Omaha isn't that far away). Do you have a physical presence, too?
I wish you all the luck in the world, and will probably be getting some IG and Noise Marine stuff from you (how soon till you get in them in? *slathers at the mouth a bit*).
I'll echo the concerns about professionalism... you may want to cut back on the prolific invocation of "hell" in your about us section... It can come off a little strong, especially to folk more sensitive than me
I downloaded the brochure, though it's not complete... Am I understanding correctly that you'll be offering not only whole sprues but cut up bits as well?
Cheers!

Hello, apsolutly inspired idea! i can imagin a slogon like the gamer for the gamers lol
I just have a few questions i want anserign, and i sure i'll be ordering from you in the future
1,
In the order book you have qty and then some really kwl price, know like most people i would think that qty is how many are in the pack but then i saw you selling 6 monoliths dirt cheap and some other things like this, so can you cleart his up because i belive you may be puting your stock number up!
2,
In this draw what happen if soemone not from america wins it, i dint know about it untill i had sighend up to the nesletter but the prozes are in dollar and as much as i would love to win some prize i am confused to what would happen if i do and i doubt i' am the only one, forgive me if this is ansered some where but i would like to know, and at that i would also know then if the stuff i buy would be basesd on us or uk prices because of the currency diffrence one would proably be more prefrible ( aka i get mroe stuff lol)
sorry if these where ansered somewhere but you carnt blame a guy for being cautious

I'm not trying to nitpick here but:
A) Your bitz selection is nowhere near enough. Great prices but there's just nothing to whet my appetite. Instead of "Coming Soon", every section you have listed should have at least 50% of the items you list.
B) I don't like how each item costs a separate S&H charge. Why not do like ChaosOrc, TWS, and NobleKnight - use Flat Rate Priority USPS boxes?
C) The bitz description isn't very informative. When you list "Imperial Guard Chimera", am I buying a complete Chimera, all the Chimera body sprues (but no tracks), or some combination of the above?
D) While I think the contest is a great idea, honestly, you should be taking that capital and investing it in startup costs (i.e. buying more kits to add to your catalog)

3x whirlwind sprue
5x razorback sprue
1x vindicator sprue (could be new source for extra armor)
x4 terminator powerfists
Everything was packaged in bubble wrap and put in battle box to ship. I don't mind the use of battle box for shipping. All in all I have new source for bit ordering.
Now more stock has to be available and we all good, lol.

That's great once i get my finaces in order (no money at the present just had to buy that new part for my pc - lol)
just 1 question cause im not sure about something - the qty that is in the cataloge is the number i will receve right? just for the sheer fact some things have strangly high numbers next to them - 9 monoliths for $44.98 or about £30 where i live so next to nothing ( considering 1 monolith cost £50 where i am) so is the qty the number of models in the box provided or do you get the normal number for the kit, and the qty is how many they actully stock at one time
just want to clear everything up before i place any orders ( i have had bad bad experance with ordering from the net before i dont wish to repeat that nightmare!)
Thanks for your help in advance

p.s. i've looked and i know they do interconternental delerey how much typicly would i expect to pay on top say - if i orded 2x necron warriors and one destoryer pack ( never orded from abroad but these prices arejsut too cool )

We've been working on the site to meet the satisfaction of our customers. Making it more presentable to the given customers. We've been taking all your questions, and suggestions very seriously.

The orks will be up for sale shortly in a couple of days from now. The ork bitz will come later, but we do plan to sell the sprue's. I'm use to the ebay system, which orders are done by click of the bottom.
This new system is ordering everything manually, majority of people are use to is the simple shopping cart method. This is GW policies we have to follow.
If you have any suggestions for the site
please post your comment here on my blog
http://bitkingdom.com/blog/index.php/category/gamers-suggestion-ideas-brainstorm-blog/
We would like to read your input, so we can adjust to any given problems we have.
We have added the shipping method blog. So you can understand our shipping rates. here

I update the catalog 1-2 business days. That was a issue people where having. I changed it to "Stock". Simply means you can buy 9 monoliths for $44.98/each. Not you get all 9 monoliths for $44.98.
Sorry for your bad experience over the net, if you ever had a problem or concern with your order, you can easily talk to me personally on the instant message meebo we have on the site.
The description of the items is too vague, as other have pointed out. There is no indication if you are purchasing a sprue or a complete item.
We are fixing this problem at the moment. To make it clear for what people are buying.
As for people in the United States, doing a purchase of $75 or over. You automatically receive a delivery confirmation number. So you can know 24/7 where ever your product is located. This is nothing personal for people outside of the US. Its because USPS dosent give delivery confirmations numbers for packages going out of the states.

Made my order via ticket system, waited for total, altered order because of out of stock, waited for total, paid via paypal, received at least 2 messages that it was paid for and shipped, today I received and was satisfied.
Pictures are WYSIWYG. Very simple. I'll be happy when stock is full again.
