yes.

He gets a +1 attack if that's what you're asking.

With a grenade he would only get one attack total.

Yes, the Warboss has seven attacks on the charge in the 4th edition of the game. It gets four attacks by its profile, an additional attack for being armed with a pistol in addition to its power klaw, another additional attack for being equipped with an attack squig, and one more additional attack for charging. Otherwise, no.

Nurglitch, in your example, you say six on the charge but your math shows seven.

Warboss - 4
2x CCW's - +1
Attack Squig - +1
Charging - +1
= 7

Unfortunately, there is another opinion propagating on this board that thinks that math doesn't matter, but I'm at a loss to figure out how they figure out the number of attacks the Warboss would have in this case...
