This is the list that I've been playing and modifying since the new codex came out. Previous to that codex, I was playing a strict EC list. I prefer to stick with the fluff, even if there's no in-game benefit, but I'm also trying to stay competitive. Anyway, here's the list, let me know what you think.

I still have about 88 points to play with, so any suggestions on what to do with those few points would be appreciated.

Maybe drop a defiler or the vindicator for 3 obliterators?

I opt for 3x2 Obliterators instead of the tanks in the HS slots.
Have you looked into Stelek's guide for playing Chaos? Its good.

Ahhh, the Necrophilia combo

Very solid list, with some hint of (blighted) soul still left in it. Only suggestion? Warptime on the nurgle demon, pays off in spades.

I'm still not convinced on the Oblit idea. Don't know what it is, but I'm just not a fan. I tend to have very good results from the Vindicator and the 2x Defiler.

As for the Warptime, I was taking Rot just because of the theme. I like the effects of Warptime, but the cost is a bit high.

Also, I'd think this combo is less Necrophilia and more S.T.D.

About the only things I can think to do with the last few points would be a couple spawn, or give the Plague Marine squads a couple bare rhinos to use as mobile cover.

I think they'd work just fine without modifying them to have 1' x 3' walls attached to them.
