Hey guys, i need some help with the orks. I was wondering, if i bought a ork boyz pack ($35) i know it comes with 10 orks. But is it possible you can make the eleventh, the nob? Ive heard that you can make 11 models but the problem is its only got 10 bases. Ive got quite a few spares so that doesnt bother me. I just wanted to know for sure how many are in the pack?
Also, what the best way to convert an ork warboss and put him on a bike. That makes him an ork warboss on a bike. Could you please help?

You can make 11 including the Nob.
$35???? I'm going to assume this is not U.S. pricing. IIRC, I've seen them retailed for $22 stateside.
Best way I've found so far about a Warboss on a bike is to use the new ork warbikes. They come with nice extra bits, including a powerklaw. Kits are very nice as well.

No earth shattering, thought provoking quote. I'm just someone who was introduced to 40K in the late 80's and it's become a lifelong hobby. |

Thanks!
Ye i was talking about australian dollars lol! it is porbably $22 U.S.
1.Do you have any tips on putting the warboss on the bike?
2.And also can you buy the bikes indivisually or only as a pack of 3?
3. If the warbikers can only be bought in packets of 3, then its worth it to get a battle force. Here in australia, it comes with a trukk, 20 boyz and 3 bikes. Im sure its the same in USA to. If this is the case, then can you build the 20 ork boyz and 2 Nobz (ork boy pack, 10 models 1 nob, this one is 20 boyz so 2 Nobz). Please tell me if im right. Because those extra 2 Nobz really count.
Thanks!

I'm looking at putting a Boss on bike right now, and the thought is to cut the boss off right at the waist and glue him onto the legs of the biker. The only problem I can think of is that the legs waist might be too small, so gree-stuffing up some bulk might be in order. The other thought is to trim the loin cloth off and see if the legs will straddle the seat. Another thought is to make a fat warboss using the ogre bodies figuring that he would be a lazy chap on a bike. Anywho, good luck.

While I don't play orcs, I have the urge to make a cool Warboss. The general things I've looked at are combining two of the bikes into a bigger trike, and using the nob with the bionic arm for the boss himself.

I did a quick warboss on a bike (old bike). Its a fairly easy conversion (especially if you don't need him to steer , mine is steering with minimal amount of greenstuff.) I did want to ruin my friends tools, so I just cut a hole in the gas tank and stuck the loin-cloth in it. Now he can attack with a firey loin. You better apreciate that link, it took me like half an hour to go through all those pages.
