if i happened to shoot my lobba at a wartruck and succeeded in penetrating the armor. since the attack was a blast template attack and the truck is open topped i roll two dice. lets say one causes a vehicle destroyed result and the other causes a crew stunned and immobilised result, which is applied first. if the truck is already immobilised and gets hit and suffers a vehicle destroyed result, do i still aply a lurch forward result. common sense says no but gw has left us with rules berift of common sense so...

I believe the worser of the results applies; basically the higher number on the vehicle damage chart. if your vehicle is already immobilized- now this is an interesting question. i'd have to check my ork codex, but unless it specifically says otherwise (which i'm hoping it does), it appears that your immobilized truck will kareen in a random direction then explode spectacularly. oh well, when all sense fails, find explanation in the subconscious psychic "power" of the entire ork race

To answer your question... both results apply.
I'm wondering, though... You aren't shooting your own trukk. Right?
Hopefully, it was an Orks vs Orks battle?

unfortunantly mortars do deviate and sometimes the very orkiness of having one go off and blow up your carefully hidden truck is a cross we ork players have to bare. my question is still unanswered. which result is applied first. if a vehicle is immobilized then does it still move forward via the ramshackle rule.

You would apply this just as if two separate weapons hit the trukk, this meens both effects are applied.
As for wich is applied first... it dosnt really matter as the kareen special rule is not dependent on the trukk even being capable of moving as the trukk is ratehr skidding, bouncing and doing very unvehicle like things before exploding.
The fact that the trukk is then imobilised and its crew stunned is really a none issue at this point however as it is destroyed

It moves. The second shot hits the fuel tank which fires it along like a rocket or something.
