Well, this is my fourth Dark Eldar list, first posted on here though.
I tried to use as few wyches as possible, but its hard to resist. I'm actually looking for any criticisms, I want this army to be as competitive as possible, but I've never actually played with these guys.

Not sure if the strategy is apparent, so I'll just put it.
Start on the table with the reavers, and the three raiders and the ravager. Send them headlong into hell, get the wwp opened and try to get out as much as possible. If you see I've left some extra points. So if you want to suggest ways to improve, be my guest.
Fluff: Exiled from Commoragh, the Kabal of the Blood Trident too a small craft and fled to a small waterworld. They found a coral reef just under the surface of the water, which produces air that gets trapped Inside a cave. That is where this Kabal lives. They launch raids from the watery home, and have thus far remained a mystery.
Trisis Kaloran secured his leadership on a Reaver. No one could threaten him; he was simply unstoppable. One man nearly did though, Kalavus Fornyr. He is rumoured to possess psychic powers, most beleive they are spells he casts out of a tome he carries(actually modeled onto the fig)

So you might or might not understand the WWP. I don't think you have a solid grasp of the tactics, so I'll give you my 2 cents and see what we get.
First off, to make the WWP really work you need a strong WWP army. That does not mean the whole army, just what you have inside it.
You also need a resilient army outside the WWP.
You have neither.
You always want to move forward on turn 1, fleet, and on turn 2 drop the WWP there. That gives you 12" deploy, 6" move, and D6" fleet + 3" blast marker forward for a spot that's 22"-27" from your board edge.
To deploy that way, you need a 20 man warrior squad. Only they can take the hits and get that WWP out.
Now keep in mind that you need another WWP unit so no one can outflank you....and so you have flex when you want to drop the WWP army out.
Since the squad can move (and the sybarite can stand still and drop the WWP) and will be moving the first turn, this means assault weapons and not anti-tank weapons.
Those anti-tank weapons should be on another set of units, also fairly resilient but they don't need to be 20 man units.
I'll post my DE list for you, so you can see how it works.

i never liked the webway army, never helped my DE i rather like the raider fleet. but if you want em' then i say drop the lord on bike, mount him in a raider with incubi, drop the reavers too. then do as above said. also drop the animus vitae and combat drugs off of your dracon, and put a punisher/tormentor helm on your lord, he gets really nasty that way.

Stelek, I see. So I should put the raiders in the ww, put the portals on the warrior squads, and maybe buy more warriors to snipe? I'll rework the list and repost soon. Thanks for the help.

First, why put my 100+ point model with the slowest units in the army in the weakest vehical in the game? That way they get shot down and have to trudge all the way across the battle field? Sorry but, to keep with my fluff and maybe be more unique I'll stick with my idea. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but I'm just saying it doesn't sound smart.

Yes, you will take heavy casaulties from shooting armies that have lots of HB or AC, so you need to max your squad size so you can get pummeled for 2 turns.
If you win first turn, it'll only be 1 turn you get shot (and makes the game pretty much an autowin).

i thought you wanted incubi, as you put the dracon in them and he's 100pts so what's the difference. a few points won't change the game that much. anyway the incubi unit is just as expensive are your reavers, more bodies is nice, plus the better armor. anyway yea you don't have to take them, but why kit out your dracon then? he realy aren't worth spending all those extra points on. put just agoniser, or punisher/tormentor helm on him. those other things aren't worth giving to em'
here's a better suggestion since everyone hates how slow the incubi are, don't take them, and put some DE warriors in as your lords and dracons bodyguard. that saves tons of points and make them just as mobile as the rest of your army, and leaves your characters plenty of meat between them and the next life

id also drop the talos for another ravager, and tbh I wouldnt recommend incubi at all, but if its for fluff purposes at least give the dracon an animus vitae, it will buy its points back in three captures alone, and making him strength 5 power weapon is nice to.
