I chose this cause its a 8 week league. It seemed like a good choice as i had the possibility of fighting Meq Eldar, SM, Imp Guard and other DE skimmer armies. unfortunately, i missed out on all but 1 DE player. It has how ever tore apart a SM and a BT player. I was defeated by a Necron (Major) and Ork (minor) player. This week i fight Chaos, which i haven't fought since the new dex came out - any advice?

The Haemonculus is out of place, I don't think he's really necessary. Also, you may want to drop 2 Wyches from each squad along with the haywire grenades. That'll give you enough points for another 10 man DL squad and upgrade the Ravager to Disintigrators. You'll have a solid list, able to take on all comers. Just keep your Raiders hidden and you should do fine.

Id second that word for word, except id also drop the shadowfield and swap in a combat drug dispenser. Also try to find the five points to give the archon a tormentor helm so you can get your +1 attacks.

I like the adding of the combat drugs and tormentor helm, but don't ever, ever, drop the shadowfield. It is the single most feared item in your armory and shouldn't be underestimated (even if I ALWAYS roll a one on my first save attempt).

I just don't see the point if you simply keep him back far enough behind 1 raider he cant be shot at, so alls your getting that 2+ from is h2h, which is great, but I look for my archons to tie up combat, and also to clear out a 2" bubble and when you charge stay away from that PF or PW or PK. Besides that, I love when someone throws half their attacks at my lord half at my wyches, simply put my wyches cost me 2x as much.
The way I look at it is if you have the extra 25 points sure give him a shadowfield, your right it is phenomenal, but if you have to choose between the two a combat drug dispenser wins as you get +1 attacks, and re roll your misses. As a side note though if your not taking the archon to simply tie up combat and die for the greater good, you might as well go all out, id field him like this:
First drop one wyche from your squad so you can throw him in a raider with them, then run this:
Archon
-Combat Drug Dispenser
-Shadow Field
-Punisher
-Tormentor Helm
-Animus Vitae
-Plasma Nades
Essentially the idea is you move your raider up, disembark, break the Archon off from the wyches, fleet him, then use your combat drug dispenser for a 12" assault, +1 Strength, and re-roll the misses. Regardless of cover he goes by initiative, and he'll have strength 5 power weapons that re-roll misses. Just try to assault somewhere with a minimum amount of enemy troops.
I just feel that you either make him a throw away guy that flies in, ties up combat and draws attention away from more expensive things, or do it right and make him a BAMF that isnt throw away and single handedly keeps the enemy at bay while your wyches take another turn moving foward.
*Edit
As a side note after he captures somebody he is now a Strength 6 power weapon attack with another +1 WS

I'm just worried about him getting smacked by a powerfist in the first turn he charges. With a Shadowfield, he can go toe to toe with Carnifexes, Ork Warbosses, etc, as well as being great at anti-personnel.

The config Accuracy runs is fine, it is a little pricey.
I use drugs, field, agonizer, plasma, and call it good.
Without a shadowfield you are as good as dead, IMO.
