Well the Succubus is meant to have an additional CCW which i forgot to add. So he gets 2 additional attacks (1 for the additional CCW and +1 for the tormentor helm (as stated in Codex: DE)).

you never can get the bonus for 2 CCW's twice, it's made clear in the rules somewhere that if two things ever give you a +1 attack bonus as if it were a second CCW then you only count one of them.

Oh well. I normally fleet my wyches. Would i be better off giving him a punisher (+1 St, 2 handed power weapon)?

I guess Basti is right about +2 ccw's.
Leave the agonizer, because the Wyches might come across some tougher units.
