One HQ is enough. The BC is really cheap, and that's good, but you double the cost when you buy more than one.

With the points thusly saved, you could give your PA GK squads meltabombs and sacred incense, which will make them that much more flexible.

This looks like a really fun list to play. Enjoy your games!

For 2000 points, you are running mightly light on the CC power stakes. I would suggest using the landraiders almost as blockades to split the enemy into two parts, and then disembark and unload on 1 half, using the LR's as cover against the other half. Then turn around and repeat.

Random thought: Make the third power armored squad a Teleport Attack Squad. It's free and gives you the option of Deepstrike, even if you never end up finding a need to use it.
