Looks interesting.
However, I would replace the footslogging Tactical squad by an infiltrating Chosen unit.

you need more long ranged anti-tank. melta guns in squads dont really cut it because if your rhino gets shot (which it will) youre buggered. drop a couple of squads and pick up some oblits

I mean, what's the point in winning if you allow people that don't take the game seriously to live? |

actually i don't really need the long ranged anti tank. This is the updated form of my original foot slogging Word Bearer list as in the new codex, i didn't use my 50 daemons anymore, and the all foot marines don't work very well. I've played against several IG lists, and every game killed some leman russ' with meltaguns, or powerfists/autocannons.
overall this list was trying to keep with the Word Bearer fluff while keeping some effectiveness. The list may not be amazing, but it holds it's own, makes me work a little harder for the win, and i get to have lots of termies.
as far as tactics, the squads usually just motor p 12" first turn and pop out of the rhinos, which then move about cutting off fire lanes but acting as moving walls. it's mad fun!
i was thinking about changing the foot slogging squad to chosen, or oblits, but i dunno, what do you guys all think about that? would it really fit with the Word Bearer fluff still (they don't use heavy weapons, and try to stay away from tanks)

Infiltrating Chosen with some plasma guns are a real threat.
You can play them very aggressively forcing the enemy to deal with them.
At the same time death approaches in the form of Rhino delivered squads.

Hmm- as an opponent, I would fear the Oblits a lot more. The lack of long-range anti-tank will be aproblem if your enemy can focus their fire well to prevent the Rhino squads and termis from closing- i.e. if you haven't got decent terrain, or are facing mobile shooters.
The infiltrating chosen will be more thematic, though.

I'd say increase the Daemon content. Add a squad of Possessed and then use some of your Daemons: you won't have any problems summoning them.

Are you playing under 5th edition test rules? It looks that way with all these troops.
I LOVE the list by the way. Great chaosy list. Nice focus on terminators and power armor. I have a couple of suggestions for you to think about. I like the list already though, these are just some thoughts.
obviously fluff is important to you. Obliterators aren't members of the word bearers legion but you have to remember, times are tough. word bearers lords would need their vehicles upgraded and repaired from time to time. Trading with the obliterator cult for some tech-marine know-how would be required. Obliterators would be a good addition to that army. To take out transports and light vehicles especially. they are really good at cutting out the enemies mobility early.
Another very fluffy change that could be made would be the addition of possessed (assuming you are playing 5th edition rules) I don't think they are very good under 4th edition rules, but under the rumored 5th edition rules you could buy them a rhino and deploy them after finding out what ability they got. If they get a scout move, you can either move the rhino up a full 12" before the game starts (if you are going first) or you can hold them in reserve and drive or walk into play from a short table edge, perhaps getting a charge off. It doesn't get more word bearers than a group of guys so into chaos that they invite demons to possess their own bodies! Totally awesome plastic model kit to boot!
the suggestion about chosen is also a very sound one. With infiltrate and a rhino, they could also arrive from an unexpected direction and charge, or drive on and shoot.

i've already sold all over my daemons on ebay, and don't want to buy oblits at $25 a piece, so i'm probably not going with them
yea, the main thing is I'm also trying to make the list change easily without having to buy new stuff, as money is tight, plus i already have 20 termies, and 70 or more CSM's. also i think termies are way better than possesed so i'm gonna take them over fluff in this case. the new list i made is...
HQ
-Chaos Lord: 135pts
w/ Daemon Weapon, Personal Icon
Elites
-8 Chaos Terminators: 305pts
w/ Banner of Chaos Glory, Power Fist (2), Reaper Autocannon, IoCG

You could easily convert Oblits out of your spare termies. I still think they would be more of a threat than another plasma squad. Your meltas can double up as close-range heavy infantry killers, but the plasmas can't really up your anti-heavy-vehicle power. The Oblits could do both.
Other than that, still looks good. And it will do well in 5th, for sure. It's an interesting inversion that, with Troops being the objective holders, a list like this would conserve them score while throwing the "valued elites" like Terminators and Chosen into the teeth of the enemy. It's just as silly as anything in 4th was. But it will certainly be tactically viable within the rules.
