Hello all,

30 something ork veteran, returning to 40k after a 3 year absense whilst trying (and failing) to have a happy family life.

I have been playing 40k since RT first came out (although, I think fortunately) I missed out on 2nd ED because i was busy gettting drunk ant university for four years.

I've also started several other armies (SM, CSM, IG) but never got them anywhere near finished. So I'm back in 4.5 with my beloved orks and a new codex to try and get my head round.

Current living in the SE of England. Bletchley. near Milton Keynes.
I have just spent a happy 1 1/2 hours listening to both ofthe ep1 podcasts whilst assembling some looters .. nice.

I also play Warmachine.. or did 3 years ago... must get back into that too

Welcome to Dakka sir!

By all means, take some pics of those Orks as you complete them and let us see 'em. The more Ork players, the merrier!

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

MeanGreenStompa - The only chatbot I ever tried talking to insisted I take a stress pill and kept referring to me as Dave, despite my protestations.

Frazzled[Mod] On Rule #1- No it literally means: be polite. If we wanted less work there would be no OT section.
Chowderhead - God no. If I said Pirates Honor, I would have had to kill him whether he won or lost.
