I just wanted to give some major props to Brandon at Rattlehead Games (rattleheadgames.com). I was prompted to purchase from them from an inquiry by Kid Kyoto regarding Pig Iron Production alternative heads. I placed an order and received an email that same day notifying me that my items were on back order but that they had already placed an order with the mfg and that the items would be arriving in a couple weeks (not a problem, I wasn't in a hurry). I received an email the next day saying that their order had arrived early so they would be shipping my order out immediately. This was Friday. I received my order yesterday, it was shipped express!
Now, my order was $12 plus shipping (like $3-4 I think) and I received fantastic customer service. My only constructive criticism is that the site should have listed the items as on backorder, but the speed at which he notified me makes up for that. I work in eCommerce and it was fantastic to see someone doing it right and providing great service. Two thumbs up Brandon!

This conversation has even begun to boggle my internet-hardened mind.
Good to hear, before Neal started supplying PIP products there was just Rattlehead for us in the States, but I was never sure if they were a good bet. Lo, my doubts were unfounded!
I just ordered eight sets of those Wyrd miniatures steampunk arachnid construct swarms from Rattlehead and was told the same night via e-mail that they didn't have that many in stock but they expected more within a week.
