Hello everybody, first of all I would like to excuse my English 'cause very probably you will find many mistakes in my writings. Well, the fact of being Spanish could be a good explanation for it. I say this because I don't have the codex in English, and the translation for the name of the units could be different in my language. I'll do what I can in any case.
This is my list:
-Farseer, runes of wardning, guide. 90
-5 pathfinders. 120
-5 pathfinders. 120
-6 harlequins, kisses, shadowseer. 162
-5 wraithguard, warlock. 200
*Wave serpent, vectored engines, spirit stones, twin-linked shuriken canon. 130
-7 Swooping hawks, including exarch intercept. 164
-6 warp spiders, including exarch with 2 death spinners, surprise assault. 159
-Vyper, shuriken canon. 50
-Falcon, vectored engines, spirit stones, holo-field, shuriken canon. 185
-2 x Warwalkers, both with 2 scatter laser each. 120
There it is, just 1500 points. I hope I didn't make many mistakes. Please comment it, thank you.

The army looks good.
I guess the Farseer guides a Warwalker.
What kind of runes do you mean: Farseer rolls 3D6 or enemy psyker rolls 3D6 ?

warding are the 3d6 for enemies...
interesting list, make sure and post how it does at the tourney. It looks like it has annoying tricks for enemies, but word of the wise-even for an eldar army this list is pretty squishy.
if the boards you tend to play on have ok terrain, it shouldnt be too bad, but i have gone to a tourney where almost all the boards had 5% terrain, that will hurt your army a lot.

Enemy psyker rolls 3D6. Am I wrong?
And yes, the farseer guides the warwalkers.

I guess this is called runes of withnesses.
Guiding the Warwalkers is only effective if they form a squadron.

The boards are not full of terrain, but they have enough to hide the walkers, and the vehicles before starting the fight. Once the falcon has moved there's no problem with it. And the warwalkers I assume that after shooting for the first time they have a lot o chances of being destroyed.

IMHO, taking Spirit Stones, Guide and Doom in addition to the stuff you already have is mandatory on a Farseer. Two powers a turn is nice, especially since Guide ensures the shots hit, and Doom ensures people die.

That's a good idea I have already thought about, but I see two problems: the first one is that I don't have enough points to spend on the stones and the second power; and the second one is that the warseer is included in the list to support the warwalkers, wich probably fall in the second or third turn, those are many points for only 2 turns.

Two powers per turn may kill your Farseer. It's a gamble...

But taking the runes of (warding or witnessing?) whatever makes Perils of the Warp about as threatening as a grot. And even if the War Walkers keel over, the Farseer just scoots along and finds some new playmates to guide Also, if you take him with the sole purpose of tagging along with the War Walkers, then what will you use him for if you ever play a game with escalation? Have him play tick-tack-toe until the Walkers arrive?

OK, but where do I get the points from? The rest of units in the list are fine as they are, I can't weaken them because they would lose power. The tournament is for lists till 1500 points, I can't do anything.

No need to worry about that, your writing is excellent!
I'm curious, why the swooping hawks? I'm not an Eldar player, but I've just never seen them perform well. You could trade them for another squad of Harlequins w/Shadoweer and that would really strengthen your assault capabilities.

I for one think that's a terrible idea.
Investing those points in troops would be a far better use than putting them onto a single Seer. If you do want to put another 75+ points into a Seer, go all the way and get Eldrad. Stones are rarely a better buy than another Farseer.
Two Daemons, didn't you admit on another thread that you don't even _play_ Eldar? Your advice both here and there has been extremely questionable, even by forum standards. Please qualify statements about armies that you don't play, like E'dain just did. It's great that you want to be helpful, but please don't allow people to confuse the authoritativeness of your statements.
Your list is fine as it is, Mithandril. The only thing that I might change is, as E'dain suggests, swapping the Hawks for something else. More Harlequins would require another transport. That's too expensive.
A unit of 7 jetbikes including two shuriken cannons and a Warlock carrying a Spear would be a good replacement. They're tougher, and the bikes' firepower is better against high-toughness targets, and the jump-shoot-jump move can really help with evasion. The loss of haywire grenades/intercept is not a big thing, really. Hawks often get to attack vehicles once with the grenades, before getting charged and killed in CC- so they're sort of a one-shot unit when used as such. The Warlock's spear is decent versus vehicles, should you find Wraithcannons and rear armor shots from the Spiders unable to deal with vehicles.
This will come in a few points more expensive than the Hawks were. To compensate for that for that, ditch the Exarch and Surprise Assault on the Spiders. They already move quite quickly, so Deep Strike is not that valuable. Really the only reason to take an Exarch with them is to give them Withdraw, allowing them to evade CC or charge in and tarpit something temporarily. In your army it seems best to just run them without the Exarch at all, and use the points elsewhere. If you decide _not_ to replace the Hawks with Bikes, consider at least switching to Withdraw on your Spiders.
Finally, if you find the above adjustments difficult to deal with, you could also take two units of 3 bikes, each with a shuricannon, and no Warlock. This will lower your anti-tank power a bit, but is both cheaper and easier to model. It also allows the small units to hide and use their JSJ move more effectively.
Good luck at the tourney!

Rubbish. RoWit increases your chance of getting Perils.

What about eldar missle launcers on a walker or somewhere?
(1) no reloading required for an eldar missle launcher
(2) I am not certain you have to specify a certain type....is it possible you can decide either S8 missle or the template blast with just one launcer?
Regardless of the answer.....what about it?

Reloading? Huh?
You can select the fire mode every time you fire it, just like frag/krak with an Imperial ML.
