Trying to choose a shade to paint a puddle my Deathwing (Bone Colored Armor) is wading through amidst some grey and brown rubble.... may be adding some fine green flock as well (SO much space to fill on a 40mm base, ) I'm thinking deep blue, deep green or a dark brown. Suggestions?

Considering the surrounding basing materials I wouldn't go with blue, it just doesn't fit. Go with brown or green, if you go brown make sure you make it really deep brown, so that it'll look like muddy water, if you go with green then use just enough to make it look cloudy, moreso toward where the models would be making contact with the floor of the puddle, to represent things getting stirred up, and lighter toward the top.

Can it be? Party liquor rain!?

And all will be blessed Darkness.
