Based on the list of powers, which of the HQ options would be most
believable on a Pathfinder leader? Some form of Autarch mix? A
Phoenix Lord?

Your imagination is the limit. Farseers and Autarchs are a present part of all craftworlds so either would be perfectly reasonable in any eldar army. A fortune farseer would be an interesting addition. Nothing like a big squad of pathfinders getting 2+ cover saves with rerolls. If you want to do an Autarch, you can set him up for hand to hand and add him to a scorpion squad if you have one. Otherwise you could give him a reaper launcher and call him some sort of super sniper (model him with a big sniper rifle or something if you like). It all really just depends on what you want to do. Heck, you could have your leader(s) on jetbikes if you want to give them an "Endor Speeder Battle" feel.

leader could do? We don't get a mix of

doom would be reaslistic for snipers, makes every shot count.
Mind war would make sense too since it's the psychic sniper power

That was my first thought. Farseer with tricksy powers work better, but da supa snipa is kinda cooler and thematic-er
