in the Grand tourn., due they play useing gamma or omega special rules.
and do they tell you what scenario you will play or do you role to see which one.....

Getting my broom incase there is shenanigans.

At the beginning of the Grand Tournament you get handed a packet with all of the scenarios. It will have all 5 of the missions in order, and will have all of the victory conditions and special rules that apply.

In the past GW has put the possible missions on the web site. They post about 8 missions and of those they chose 5 for each GT. They can be missions strait out if the book, or missions that they make up.

So far GW has not posted the missions for this years GTs. I can speculate and say that is either because they do not want to so they are free to use what ever missions they want to, but I think the real reason why is that the 5th edition of 40k will be coming out, and it will change the missions around.

In the past they have used almost all gamma missions, but as I said above, 5th edition will be coming out making alpha, gamma and omega obsolete.
