As part of the 25th Anniversary of Warhammer, all UK Based GW Staff (It may be worldwide but I can only confirm the UK Staff) will be recieving a limited edition minature. Details on what the minature is I don't have, but it will be released to UK Staff tomorrow (Tuesday). Here's the best bit . . . . ... . . . .

If you phone the UK Mail Order team tomorrow (Tuesday), you will recieve a special bonus. GW Mail order are giving this model out with any order. I've asked my contacts at GW HQ in Nottingham, and they would not confirm this (but it was made obvious to me it was true). They also said that its tomorrow only and really if anyone phones up and asks about the 25th Anniversary deals (not necessarily place an order), one of these models will be sent out. They didn't know what the model was, but the rumours around HQ was that its a Dwarf based model.

They've done this before, and they never advertise it. The last time is was on the Demonhunters release as my friends got the free model (it was a sweet little Grey Knight Justicar), but I missed out. Other models in the past they've done this on was a Cadian Officer, a female Commissar, and rumours were on a special LOTR mounted Aragorn.

I'll be on the phone first thing when the lines open, I'll post the pics when I get it !

Wow, all the up beat energy and excitement of spam e-mail with probably just as much truth. Feel free to call away Squig, but I'll believe it when I see it. I've also never heard of the Justicar that you speak of. Has anyone else? Anyone have a picture of it?

I suppose that a quick call and a question about the 25th anniversary deals should take care of checking out the truth of the matter though.

I call BS. If there was ever a GK Justicar model released it would be on SoL. Predictably, it is not. Would be cool though if they did release a model as a surprise for ordering.

Please do not call US Mail Order asking about this "figure". I can assure you that Direct Services does not have any such item going out.

Of course a discount from GW is so shocking its probably even more unlikely than them giving away a free model....

It's the 2nd here - So it's easier to forget that these are prank posts.

But even if it was the 100th anniversary that happened to fall on christmas I don't see a free model or sale happning (unless it was an accident!)
