I'd look for what you're going to do for legs as well. It always seems to me that people who scratch build these models always make them with really thin legs.

in answer to the question, YES it's enough reason, but personally i fnd the feet and pelvis section to be the most difficult. If you don't have an idea about these I wouldn't splash the cash until you do. I've wasted money rushing into a project before only to get stuck and end up giving up.
