Just a quick question, after going over the spanish eldar codex and compare it with the english one I started doubting how many attack a Scorpion exarch receives from the chainsabres. The spanish version says that the exarch receives +1 attack like having an additional CC weapon, that can reroll failed hit/wound rolls. But the english version seems to suggest that the profile of the exarch gets 1 more attack, going from 2 to 3 and THEN you add another one for having an additional CC weapon.
How many attacks does a Scorpion exarch get on the charge? 5 (2 base + 1 chainsabres + 1 additional wepon + 1 charge) or only 4 (2 + 1 additional + 1 charge)

"A model with chainsabres has +1 Attack and can re-roll all failed to hit and to wound rolls."--pg 33 Where is the ambiguity? What suggests to you that the Exarch would have more than +1 attack from the sabres?

Seems to me you only get one extra attack, not two. I can see why someone might say that you get two, as the +1 given in the rule is not specifically attributed to having 2 CC weapons. However, the chainsabres are never defined anywhere as one-handed CC weapons, and thus only the +1 mentioned in the rule can be given.
So, to answer your question: 4.

2 + 1 for chainsabres + 1 for charge = 4

Correct in principle, guys, but don't forget the Mandiblaster bonus.

Yes. Well done. So, 5 attacks, but not for the reason suggested above..
