Put him on a Landspeeder. Yes, I know the model for the jetbike is cool but the Landspeeder is superior.
Chaplain - 145
Bike
Plasma pistol
Drop the plasma pistol and get him a powerfist. I was a doubter, but trust me, its a lot better and you can choose between his crozius or his fist depending upon who you need to whack.

Not bad. Few things, you have Sammael, its a shame not to take a command squad. Your bikes are precious, an Apothecary goes a long way. Also, the banner that gives +1 attack means that you Vet Sgt and Chaplain get a ton of powerfist attacks. Second, plasma guns are no good on Bikes, you only count as stationary for mounted weapons (i.e. your bolters). Drop it in favor of Meltas, your speed means you can actually use them to full effect.
Fast attack:
Ravenwing Support Squad #1 - 75
1 Landspeeder w/ typhoon missile launcher & HB
Ravenwing Support Squad #2 - 65
1 Landspeeder w/ Multi-melta
Ravenwing Support Squad #3 - 130
2 Landspeeders w/ heavy bolters
I'm sorry, these units just won't accomplish much. Combine the 2 landspeeders with heavy bolters with one of the other speeders to take 2 more Tornados.
Heavy Support:
Predator - 165
Turret-mounted twin-linked lascannon
Sponson mounted lascannons
Don't like it. Drop this for more bikes and another attack bike. If you load up on Meltas, you shouldn't need this beast for the extra lascannon shots.
In an army like Ravenwing, you have so few models you have to make them all count. I think using the above suggestions will give you a competitive army, but since it is Ravenwing it will never be over the top.

Well, its conventional wisdom that whenever you have the opportunity to take a biker apothecary or termie apothecary, then you do it.
I'd take him on your big unit, and I'd move plasma guns over to the same unit (since he can save them from a toasty death)
If you are looking to make one of the bike units "choppy". I'd drop the chaplain and add in a banner. the chaplain may be more effective, but the points you save just taking the banner can help you where you are weaker.
It seems like you are going for 2 big 'choppy' bike units. I'd just try to make the biker command squad choppy, and take 3 man meltagun bike units and MM attack bikers for the rest of the slots.
For the support squads. bikes are the best place to put the meltas, I would suggest taking assault cannon/heavy bolter tornados exclusively.
For the predator. i don't think vehicles are going to be a problem for you. I would suggest taking heavy support that excels at killing horde troops, which would otherwise, totally overwhelm a small speedy army like this. Whirlwinds, vindicators or predator destructors with heavy bolter sponsons would be preferrable to a tri-las pred.
Maybe you can try something like this (if you don't mind me offering up an alt list)
sam on bike 205
6 bikes power fist 2 plasma apoth company banner 325?
MM attack bike 50
3 bikes 2 melta 150
MM attack bike 50
3 bikes 2 melta 150
MM attack bike 50
2x LST 200
2x LST 200
2x LST 200
whirlwind 85
whirlwind 85
I might have gotten a couple of the points values wrong. I don't have the book handy. i think with this kind of output you'd have some hope against hordes, a good amount of heavy infantry kill with the speeders and the special weapons, and plenty of fast moving tank hunting.
I'd love to hear batreps, going so heavy into ravenwing makes from some hard fought, but wild, speedy games.
Hope i was helpful.

That list is also illegal. DA can't take more than one LS Tornado in a single squad.
And I still don't like Plasma on Bikes as they are not a stationary platform. You shoot plasma with bikes and you can not assault.

Oops, friends don't let friends write lists without the codex handy... attach one LST to the big bike unit, and take 3 singletons. Add in another 3 bikes 2 melta 1 MMAB unit.
5th edition fixes both of the problems you have with plasma on bikes. We've been ruling them as stationary for a while now out here. But its hair splitting either way. If you want, make all the guns meltas until july.

I didn't know that bikes will be stationary for all weapons in 5th ed? Good thing the special weapons on my bikes are all magnetized...

heh yeah they even went so far as to make it a Universal Special Rule, jet-packers, bikes and terminators have it standard. I think its called 'relentless' Just means always count as stationary for firing guns and can charge after firing heavies and rapids.

I feel the jetbike is better. I also believe all attack bikes need multi meltas, and always pfists and melta guns

Shep: Cool, in that case I may actually use some on the squad with the Apothecary in 5th ed.
Darkness: In what way is the jetbike better? The landspeeder is AV14 front/side and has much better weapons than the Jetbike. The only advantage the jetbike has is that it can fight in cc, but I'm sorry, the 4 S4 attacks don't cut it.

Ozy is correct. Remember, he is not an IC on that Jetbike.
So he'll take a bit of shooting to down on said jetbike, but in the end...since everyone will gun him down since he isn't an IC and can't attach to protect himself...they'll net very easy kill points.
