I am getting into the game and trying to see if there is any Houston action to even bother. I live in North Houston near the Woodlands so I could always hike to Austin if nothing is here.

There is a gaming store in Deer Park that has some players. I know there are players all over town, but I have been away from Houston for a few years and just starting to get back into things here myself.

Deer Park = Skirmish Games
Pearland - Montag's Games
Woodlands - Fat Ogre(?)
Near Woodlands there is Little Wars. They are mainly historical but do have WHFB a few times per month.

Swords & Superheroes is also another choice for those in North Houston. I think they are in Spring, TX.

There is also a store named Enigma's but I'm not sure if they are still open.

There are also 3 GW Stores in Houston.
1. GW Willowbrook
2. GW Rice Village
3. GW Katy

Sorry for digging up an old thread.
Still working on building the army.

Other than the GW stores are there regular games in the Houston area? Haven Games (formerly Enigma) in Tomball seems more geared to card games. While GW Willowbrook is close it does seem a little insular and a bit newbie unfriendly. (Might just be my impression though)

Fat Ogre is your best bet.
