I wanted to send out a congratulations to Da Boyz for winning the AdeptiCon 2008 40K National Team Tournament. Their victory was well deserved.

Congrats as well!
Good players with horde orks = tough, tough, tough! Great painting and presentation plus the aforementioned = win, baby!
My team faced horde orks two of the four rounds. Same frequency as nidzilla last year. It’s a tough game, though honestly the biggest challenge is trying to get a full six turns. We wound up with a losing draw, a winning draw, a win and a loss against them. Dead even. Da Boyz are experienced tourney players and know how to run a horde army FAST, so I’ll betcha they managed to finish most of their games, which no doubt helped.

We faced an ork team as well; I believe it was the Orkpacalypse guys in Round 2.
Got a Win/Loss out of it.
We also faced a DA team, whose name I can't recall, the WWFD crew and the Howling Griffons.
We had mixed results; ended up somewhere in the middle of the pack overall.

Big, huge, monster grats to the team next door to us. The Rochester(Daboyz) Vs Syracuse (team Spite) runes quite deep. Its tough to be so god aweful good at the game and still be good guys... I HATE YOU SO MUCH
Next year I will insist that anabolic testing is to be enacted as several of their orks seem twitchy, oversized and much too aggressive for average greens!
