After reading some on the forums here on dakka dakka I decided to give the PC Warboss on bike a try, but everytime iv been in CC with him togheter with another orc squad my oponent have removed all models in in base to base with him, hence he have very seldom had the chance to strike.
So im just wondering how you guys are playing it? You charging units alone with him or am i just doing something fubar?

I use him as a seperate assasination-type character, not having him assaulting the same thing as my boys (normally). I generally use him for anti-tank, as it is one of the few S10 things in the ork list, and the only reliable one.
Generally, have him attack either vehicles or squads either without a powerfist or one that you think you can survive (if you still have 2 or 3 wounds left and took cybork.)

Running a horde, I use the warboss to go after tanks (as previously mentioned) or as a solo operative who can handle his own stuff away from the boyz.
As a IC, having him hit the same thing as the boyz is asking to have his attacks denied. At least for now - 5th changes that.

Is the squad you're attacking is large enough, you can try placing him on the extreme flank, away from the killzone of the other orks. hard to acheive, but possible in some situations.

Ok thanks guys, seems iv been going the wrong direction, so it'll be more solo directed from now on, atleast untill 5th comes as Redbeard mentioned.

DEFINATELY place him so his models are not threatened by the other orks. Or else he will never get to attack, esp, if he has a klaw.

I try to avoid getting him into combat where da boyz are already assaulting. usually that works out pretty good.
a lot of people (both ork players and my opponents) seem to forget that he has a can opener attached to his arm. and his charge range is quite large.
if there is a tank that did not move.. charge it and get 7 auto hits at str 10. if they moved and still fired their main wpn you can still count on 3-4 str 10 hits.
last game I played he tore up a predator, a vindicator, then almost killed another predator over the cource of 3 turns. he certainly made back his victory points.
I like to send him against space marine tac squads, low wargear assault squads, etc.
keep him away from fists, rending, power wpns at high initiative, etc and you'll be fine.
send him after devestator squads, vehicles that didn't move, etc.

Most of the sound tactical advice has already been given. Pick your targets, and don't let your oppoenents deny him. I will instead address another critical mistake you are making.
There are no PC warbosses! Orks use klaws, bad smelling body odor and harsh language to devastate their foes. Keeping a proper aggressive attitude is absolutely essential for an enjoyable Ork game.
I will add that when fighting monstrous creatures with a Trukk boy squad, I use the boss to help them out. Most of these beasts are worth more than a biker boss, and without his distracting sacrifice the boyz will lose combat badly.

Gitzbitah, which MCs are you thinking of? Trukk boys will usually trounce a Wraithlord or gun/dakkafex easily. It's good to make a distinction between things like those (which are meat) and things like, say, DPs, against which your advice is sound.
