I have been giving this a lot of thought lately. I have a Death guard army, and i have no reason to recreate them.
Instead I have decided to make a csm army that is still nurlgey, but that will give me something new and a bit more
competitive and flexible. This way i can still get the fluff i love, and i will be able to wipe those tau players smug
looks off their faces. so with out any further delays, i give you The Purge.

HQ

looks n1 and fluffy, but...

a landraider can only transport a maximum of 5 terminators :(

one option is to put some personel icons in your plaguemarines and teleport your termis+hq (switch reaper for 5 combi weapons!)

the other is to drop the termis and field a 6+1hq nurgelbike squad (T6 4tw) if you do that think about deamons, the bike champion could turn into a PAPA NURGEL and 1x7 Plaguebearersquad would be a good addition to your army!

Well as has been said, you have too many termies for the LR to carry. Other than that I recommend a few tweaks:

Max out the rhino squads, you are going to need the extra bodies if you intend on getting them close. You can do this by simply swapping marines with the las/plas squads, making them 7 strong.

Also, consolidate your missiles and autocannon into one squad each. I am of the opinion that havocs/devastators should rarely if ever mix weapons, especially things like missiles and autocannon where you tread the AV14 killing line.

Looking good overall though. What you do with the extra points if you take termies out I don't know. As has been said, a greater demon could be interesting.

If the csm squad numbers drop below 10, unfortunately they cant take the heavy weapons.
i really want to keep plague marines at 7 fluff wise. but with t5 and feel no pain i think 7 might be enough.

58pts left over after thinning out the termies.

i could always just make a havoc squad of rockets only, drop the autocannons all together, and get my vindicator back and have another 50 or so points to play arround with.

n1 is why you don't use leetspeak. I have no idea what it means. I have a question: Why did you have 2 ML and 2 autocannons in each squad. Why don't you use 4 ML in one and 4 AC in the other?

Ozymandias - i originally did it in case i had to have the squads on opposite sides of the board. So that both squads have a chance at hurting av14's and both have a chance to ap 4+'s, i suppose it is pointless though. just thought it would make the squads more flexible. guess not.
I am still considering dropping one havoc squad for a vehicle, to take some heat off the LR. maby a vindicator?

You gain flexibility at the loss of efficiency. A 4 autocannon havoc squad kills light infantry (defined as AV save 4+ or worse) and light vehicles (AV 11 and worse) extremely well. A 4 havoc missile launcher team kills medium armor (AV 12 and 13) extremely well and can decimate medium infantry (AV 3+ or worse) with either a krak volley or, against light troops, with a frag volley.

By mixing and matching your havoc weapons, each squad gains the ability to shoot at a larger array of targets. For example, the 4 autocannon squad has no chance of killing AV14. A mixed squad can kill it, but not as well as the 4 missile launcher team can.

The choice is really up to player preference. Alot of players on Dakka prefer to specialize every squad. Some prefer to leave one or two units more generalized to engage a broader array. I have an unhealthy predication for fielding a Predator Destructor with lascannon sponsons to be the strong safety in my army and fire at whatever target it has to engage to pick up the rest of army's slack.

Moral of the story: if you want to field them mixed, field them mixed. You will be less efficient inside each squad but your army will have more flexibility in its deployment.

I see. i understand now.
consolidating the havocs into a missile squad will in the long run be way more efficient at what i want the squad to do, due to the alternative missile choices.

Updated the original post to the new list.

leaves me with roughly 33 pts. to spare.
