How does this list look?

It looks really good, lots of scoring units according to the 5th ed.
It should be possible to keep the enemy at arm's length.

Your points are off. Those Pred Anns cost 110, 110 and 105 respectively. Anyway, I really don't think they're worthwhile. For 20 points more than TL LC and PM SB, you could have autocannon and two LCs and generate 50% more LC hits and have more (useful!) weapons that need to be destroyed. (Of course, the downside is not moving.) Or, for 10 points less, you could have autocannon, PM SB and two HBs and help your army suck less against hordes.

thats a lot of bikes...But yeh looks a good army, should be able to put out a decent amount of fire power, but might be woth adding some Deathwing in, they work well with the teleport homers, and would deliver more punch in close combat

Oh, okay. From the points costs, I assume you're including the HB sponsons, then? Because "Destructor" just means it has an AC. It may or may not have the sponsons.

Yup, they definatly have heavy bolters, I edited it to clarify. As far as close combat is concerned.... these boys should be staying out of it and just laying down the firepower. The multi-meltas should take out tanks while everything else can take out infantry/transports. Deathwing just seem to slow for the army.... as well as they only get one donkey cannon.

That looks pretty good. The bike squads are fragile, but you know that already. The size of them scares me a bit so I might want to take one at 6 with a powerfist just for counter-assault purposes but that's just my preference.

I'm liking that I can start equipping my bikes with Plasma guns, that makes the Apothecary that much better.

In everybody's opinon, are plasmas the best special weapon combo on ravenwing squads?

I don't think so. In 4th ed, Bikes can't rapidfire with the plasmas and still assault. Plus, you can lose a bike to Get Hot as easily as a marine. I like Meltas and Flamers as bikes actually have the speed to get close enough to make them effective.

In 5th ed, it looks like Bikes will be able to use Plasmas and still assault so I may put a couple on Sammael's command squad with the apothecary.

Seems to me that it would be worthwhile to dedicate a few bike squads to AT duty. Give them the two melta guns to compliment the multi melta on the attack bike and then change the attack bikes in the plasma squads over to heavy bolters. This retains the tank killing power while upping your overall horde killing potential. If you want to be able to kill masses of infantry I would also recommend dropping a predator or two for a whirlwind(s).

Ozy, it's a somewhat foggy issue, but it seems to me that bikes can already fire plasma and assault without problems in 4th. What they can't do is fire to 24" when moving.

tC: How can they fire Plasma's and assault? The way I understand it, the weapon has to be mounted on the bike in order to benefit from the Bike's special rules.

Dakkalad: You should still have the attack bikes with Multi-meltas. In the DA, attack bikes are never part of the unit, they always split off as their own separate unit.

Well, what it really says is, "If rapid fire weapons are mounted on a bike, then they are allowed to fire once up to maximum range even if the bike moved. In addition, rapid fire weapons and heavy weapons may be fired if the unit moves and the bike is still allowed to charge into combat in the same turn." (pg. 53) It's a somewhat controversial point (YMDC has gone over it more than once), but I read the two as being distinct from each other, because reading the second sentence as being contingent on the first being true results in the rather absurd situation of only being able to fire heavy weapons on the move "If rapid fire weapons are mounted on a bike."
