Okay neat. Articles now have a link at the bottom that will link readers back to
the forums to discuss the articles. The articles still aren't casually visible, but
it's a start.

Does the ARticle Forum still post multiple image updates?

We'll be integrating the articles into the forum a bit more in the future (mainly through sticky posts at the top of each forum). When people are chatting about articles, they will get pushed into the 'recent threads' and 'subscribed threads' pages which should encourage people to check them out a bit more too, so if you want to push a specific article in the forums then comment on it in the forum page for that article. Could you expand on your comment above as it is not too clear to me. Images no longer post anything in the article forum, and no updates to an article will post anything in the articles forum either, leaving it a cleaner place for general discussion.

You answered my question when you said that images no
longer post anything in the article forum.

I also think now that the change to the article forum has been made it is worth moving the forum up closer to the top of the list of forums.

So images don't bump the article discussion anymore, even
if you've added them to an article and not just uploaded
them, right?

Right.

If you want to bump your article you have to do it manually for now by posting about it in your article comment thread or by making a post somewhere else in the forums announcing it.
