Is there a reason you are going so heavy on T-Hammers? I would swap at least one squad for Lightning claws (even better if it's the squad with the Standard) and I'd use the last 10 points to put a heavy flamer in two of the squads without heavy weapons.

Also, why the plasmaguns? In this edition you can't fire to full effect at 24" and it's debatable if you can even charge. I like them in Sammael's squad as you have an apothecary but they seem out of place in the other two squads. Finally, why the heavy bolters on the attack bikes. They are ideally suited for tank hunting. They are fast and expendable enough to get in close to use the Multi-Melta.

Just my $.02

Seems fine. As for use in 5th ed, the Termies as troops is good. The Ravenwing will have to stay as FA and depending on the final rule, may not be scoring even as troops.

Current 5th ed rumors have scoring units as Infantry Troops. So your terminators are both infantry and Troops but the bikes are not infantry but may be troops.

Plus, you can only have 6 troop choices and you have 6 termie squads.
