Well i was thinking about building and ork army and this is the list I thought, what do you guys think of it?
-Warboss/cybork/PW/ataq skig/heavy armor = 115
-Mek/shok canon/cybork/heavy armor = 110
-11 nob/pinboy/banner/2x scorcha/boss pole/1 PK/stickbombs/cybork(all unit) =371
- Truk/grot/armor = 50
-30 shota boy/3 big shota/nob/PK=230
-30 boyz/3 rokit/nob/PK = 245
-12 boyz/nob/PK=107
-Truk/grot/armor = 50
-20 gretchin/2 runther = 80
-20 gretchin/2 runther = 80
-5 koptas/bigboom/buzzsaw=215
-Battlewagon/4xbig shota/grot/kanon/ard case/killkano = 200
That goes for a total of 1853 How do you like it?
what would you do with the 147 left points?

The grotz aren't really worth it, at least till fifth addition. Also the warboss is a little pointless. Either give him a bike to make him more mobile, or a squad to protect him or something. Because right now he is kinda a waste of points.
I'd also try and add and add some more range support. I don't know what kind of a strategy you hope to use, but the Shokk Attack isn't enough, even if its fun to use. Throw some lootas in there.
Those are just my opinions and I'm just a noob so... wait until you get more advice before doing anything.

I would get rid of the grots and get more boys, I would also scale down the nobz mob, and get more biys with pk nobs in the unit, loads of boys is a very good thing, and this army has big points in small units. I'm sure others more qualified will have plenty more to add. See the ork takktica on this forum for good advice.

its like saying CSM lord need bike and i do fine without a bike on him, so could you explain why

I agree, Nobz aren't really effective unless you put them on bikes.
