1) Nasty list, very very one-sided. Pretty mean at 1k, and a frenzied army means you're more or less on auto-pilot. I dunno if an enemy army has enough baiters to pull your little ball of armor apart enough to dismember it with combo-charges.
2) The XC counts as mounted on the chariot, so you want a flail to get +2
str on the charge. Unless you really want +1
str and going last every turn?
3) Note that this army will be nearly 100% invalid in the revised mortals list coming soon. Knights and chariots are special, demons are unavailable.
MoK will be cheaper but won't generate dispel dice (though possibly marked characters will?).
With that in mind I'd toss in 2 units of marauder cav - say 5 horsemen w/ spears & musicians each - for your compulsory core choices in place of the hounds. Can do your own baiting and other fast cav uses that the ItP khorne knights can't do (and shouldn't anyway). You'll likely have around 100 points free in the new rules (cheaper
MoK, cheaper chariots, 71 point cav vs 80 point flesh hounds), maybe to get some of the new skirmishing unit if it's any good or give your XC some useful kit (ward save comes to mind) and buy some hounds or a spawn.
Basically, give it a month
