QUESTION!!!??.. should i swap out the LR for a VINDY and mount the command sqaud in a rhino then use the remaning 75 pts to upgrade vehicles or sqauds?? or Kepp the LR??

It might be something to ditch the Company Master in favour of an Interrogator-Chaplain. That way you can take a Sacred Standard in the Command Squad for a 12" radius bubble of Fearless. This will give you a solid fire-base, which you can bolster somewhat with an Apothecary.

Your Devastator squad will be very brittle. It can only take one casualty before you start losing heavy weapons, and your selection of weapons doesn't quite sync. I think you'd do better to either take five extra and split the squads within the Fearless bubble suggested earlier, or lose the Heavy Bolters.

I would recommend exchanging the Land Raider for a Vindicator, a Razorback for the Command Squad, and an Assault Squad.

The Assault Squad will be viable if you ditch the Lascannon sponsons on the Predator, and use them and the points saved on the Land Raider swap and Heavy Bolters to plump for a full squad.

I have done a very similar list before. It is great if you are doing a mission where you are on the defensive but it will be harder to use on objective based missions.

Oh and most Tau armies will murder this list.
