The new CSM faq says that the chaos rhino has 2 fire points so now I guess I can fire the combi-bolter and 2 marines from the rhino? I always forget about fire points and just fire the combi-bolter. Does that mean I can fire my squads melta gun, plasma gun, or even a missile launcher out of a rhino?

It actually says that the rhino has one fire point, from which two models can fire.

This just brings it back in line, rules-wise, with other armies' rhinos.

And yes, that means that two models can fire, whatever they are armed with. There is no restriction on particular weapon types.

insaniak is correct. Since you mention firing a missile launcher (first time I've seen CSMs take one, by the way ), however, you should also know that the passengers count as moving if the vehicle moves. Check page 64.
