I plan to knock out a couple of these guys in between other legions so I end up with alot of them.
I'd like to have at least two maybe three 10 man squads or maybe 20 tacs 10 assualt(non jumppack)as mainly the White Scars and Raven Guard will have them.

Here is the Vet Sarge in Progress

and two tacs in progress

I am stumped on what to put in the banner I'd like somethibg different than the U
does anyone have the old R/T markings pics still?
For the Tacs I'd like to give them green tac arrows in homage to 4th company and the basis of the colored shoulderpad trim idea

I also cannot decide on blacklining or not

yep IW heads.
I think this head best portrays the weird looking helms in the Sabertooth Artwork which I use as my main reference.

I am rather fond of the simple conversions you've done here. They look great, and there's nothing that you can't repeat the 30+ times needed for an army.

I find it is best to keep it simple, most of my conversions are pretty easy to do,it is just tracking down the older PH bits I use.
Which is not as easy to do since they did away with the old bits order system.
Hell I dropped $100 on nothing but old backpack and bolter sprues before they shut down
