Page 60 in the Orks Dex. it says When Wasdakka uses a turbo Boost he may still fire is it bacause he rides around in his Bike of Aporkalypse
It reads Wazdakka follows the rules for Warbikes on Page 46.

So untill the New rules come out, he's (wazdakka) gets the Special rule Turbo Bust

All bikes have been able to Turbo Boost since the start of 4th edition.

Whether or not that will continue in 5th I have no idea.

only wazdakka, however, can fire after a turbo-boost.
