Woops forgot to introduce myself and got all gung ho with the posting whatnot. Just a newer player, picked up the hobby a month or so ago to play with my wife and some friends (who already play a lot), but I played tyranids about ten-eleven years ago, back when genestealer sprus came purple and warriors had buck teeth. I'm pretty casual about the hobby too, looking more to make some friends and have a good time painting and modeling, not very interested in being super competitive until I start trying to bankroll this crazy hobby with winning tournies (long-term goal).

I tend to be easily discouraged when picking up new interests, so I'm cautious about engaging in serious gaming right off the bat. But luckily my wife is just as interested in the hobby as I am.
